- Serve as the technical backbone for a high-visibility enterprise Power Platform ecosystem.
- Oversee structural integrity security and scalability of the entire Microsoft Power Platform.
- Define and implement robust Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategies ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
- Design and enforce governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for a secure and compliant low-code environment.
- Architect and configure complex security models access controls and identity integrations to safeguard sensitive enterprise data.
- Act as the Tier 3 technical lead for stabilizing debugging and optimizing Power Platform applications and high-impact automations.
- Integrate and manage connections between Power Platform and diverse enterprise data sources ensuring high data performance and integrity.
- Proactively monitor system health gateway usage and workspace security maintaining operational excellence.
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on development versus production best practices and platform configuration impacts.
- Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise with Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Power Pages.
- Manage enterprise-level Power BI datasets workspaces and gateway configurations.
- Exhibit strong command of Microsoft 365 security protocols including tenant-level settings and identity management.
- Own the application lifecycle from deployment to long-term maintenance and support.
- Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
