- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in artificial intelligence deep learning and machine learning principles.
- Programming Skills: Expertise in Python and familiarity with tools such as Hugging Face Langchain and OpenAI API.
- Large Language Model (LLM) Experience: Hands-on experience building fine-tuning evaluating and deploying LLMs (both open-source and commercial).
- Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration: Experience developing agent-based systems using frameworks like LangGraph CrewAI or OpenAI agents.
- Multi-Modal Data & AI Tools: Proficiency with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based tools.
- Deep Learning Frameworks: Experience working with TensorFlow Keras and PyTorch.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Model Garden Amazon Bedrock and Nvidia Nim.
- Prototyping and MVP Development: Ability to develop prototypes Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems using AI/GenAI.
- Teamwork & Innovation: Collaborative and innovative mindset able to work effectively in a team environment.
