Position Overview

The Clinical Business Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day grant operations and ensuring proper financial oversight and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Grant financial management and analysis
Budget analysis and expense report review
Compliance monitoring and reporting
Communication with grant sub-recipients regarding allocations
Collaboration with the Special Pathogens team to ensure accurate spend-down of funds
Documentation and system management
OTPS (Other Than Personal Services) operations support
Maintain organized records and ensure regulatory compliance

Education & Skills

Bachelors Degree required
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical reporting and documentation skills
Experience with grant-funded programs preferred
