Job Summary

Position: Shipping coordinator/clerk

Work Location: Seaford DE 19973

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Description:

Receive inspect and store incoming materials supplies and products.
Prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts or physical inventories.
Ensure warehouse areas are clean organized and compliant with company safety standards.
Coordinate shipping arrangements (pick-up times) with carriers.
Update finished goods inventory at both the plant and Penco Warehouse.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
13 years of warehouse shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred.
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail organization and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with exposure to temperature variations dust and moderate noise levels.
May require overtime or flexible hours to meet business needs.
