The Role
As aProject Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact between company the shop team and building partners.
What Youll Do
- Partner with high-end building contractors to deliver custom trim doors and millwork
- Communicate scope of work timelines and expectations clearly with shop foremen
- Coordinate job schedules and ensure alignment between production and installation
- Monitor project progress and help manage costs throughout the lifecycle of the job
- Act as a professional confident representative with builders and clients
- Ensure builders and their customers are satisfied with the final product
- Proactively address issues and help drive solutions
What Theyre Looking For
- Significant experience in the construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present yourself professionally with customers and contractors
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience with trim cabinetry hardwood flooring or finish carpentry
- Prior project coordination or customer-facing construction role

- Full-time role
- Hybrid schedule (combination of in-office and remote work)
