Job Description Trilyon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WW OEM Marketing Specialist to support global OEM marketing initiatives and partner marketing programs. The WW OEM Marketing Specialist will play an important role in coordinating marketing strategies managing operational processes and supporting global product marketing initiatives with OEM partners.
The WW OEM Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal marketing operations legal and sales teams to manage marketing investments coordinate campaigns and track program performance. The WW OEM Marketing Specialist will also assist with pre-launch launch and post-launch readiness activities to ensure marketing deliverables and sales enablement assets are prepared and distributed on time.
This role requires a highly organized WW OEM Marketing Specialist who can manage multiple projects coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with external partners while supporting marketing initiatives that increase awareness and demand for AMD-powered products.
Key Responsibilities Partner Marketing & Program Coordination Manage day-to-day collaboration with OEM partner marketing teams with 2 4 years of experience in marketing program coordination or partner marketing.
Support development and execution of co-marketing strategies and partner marketing plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables align with business goals.
Track marketing investments and maintain documentation for marketing program execution.
Marketing Operations & Budget Management Manage marketing budgets spend tracking and funding allocation with 2 3 years of experience in marketing operations or budget management.
Create and maintain spend analysis reports to monitor marketing investments and activities.
Ensure marketing funds are used according to approved guidelines and contract requirements.
Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for marketing campaigns and operational activities.
Marketing Programs & Campaign Support Provide support for global marketing programs and campaign execution with 2 years of marketing campaign support experience.
Maintain activity dashboards and monitor program performance metrics.
Assist in developing marketing assets and supporting awareness campaigns that drive customer engagement and demand generation.
Help track campaign KPIs and report on marketing-funded outcomes.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Assets Support development and distribution of sales enablement materials with 2 years of experience in marketing communications or sales support.
Coordinate marketing content and assets used for internal and external marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop supporting marketing materials.
Track and report usage and effectiveness of marketing assets.
Project Management & Timeline Coordination Manage marketing project timelines with 2 4 years of project coordination or project management experience.
Develop and maintain global calendars for product launches marketing campaigns and major events.
Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
