Job Summary

Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment. Duties: include medication administration skin treatments assessments ADL assistance nebulized treatments wound vac care CPAP care gastrostomy tube care. Shift: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530 Evenings 1500 - 2330 and Nights. including weekends holidays OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
