1 Mandatory Requirements to Apply

2 years of Data Center experience
4 years of overall IT infrastructure experience
Strong knowledge of fiber optics and structured cabling
Hands-on experience with hardware break/fix (optics line cards TOR switches)
Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals & OSI model
Experience working in CLI-based environments
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Linux systems administration
Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python)
Knowledge of networking protocols: BGP STP VRRP LACP
Experience with RMA coordination and DC asset tracking systems

2 Roles & Responsibilities

Perform hardware swaps including optics line cards and Top-of-Rack (TOR) switches
Troubleshoot connectivity fiber and networking issues within the data center
Coordinate RMA processes and vendor escalations
Support asset management rack & stack and inventory tracking
Assist with day-to-day Data Center operations and incident response
