Job Summary:

Seeking a Technology Lead with strong L2 Production Support experience in enterprise distributed applications. Candidate must have hands-on experience with at least two of Kafka Cognos or Ab Initio along with solid exposure to cloud containers databases and monitoring tools.

Must Have:

Strong L2 production support experience

Hands-on with any two: Kafka Cognos Ab Initio

Experience with OpenShift/OCP Kubernetes

Exposure to Flink Spark Hadoop Middleware JVM Apigee

4 years Unix & Windows scheduling tools

4 years databases: Oracle MySQL MongoDB Cassandra

4 years cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP

4 years production management monitoring on-call support

1 year monitoring tools: Splunk Dynatrace Grafana Moogsoft

1 year ITSM tools: ServiceNow Remedy CA Service Desk

Nice to Have:

ITIL knowledge

Automation/scripting

Version control: Git Bitbucket VSS

Global delivery environment experience

Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
