We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a busy outpatient clinic setting. This role requires nurses who are comfortable working in a collaborative clinical environment and assisting across multiple outpatient departments. Candidates with prior clinic experience and the ability to adapt to various patient care settings are strongly preferred.

LPNs may work within several clinic service areas including:

• Family Practice (FP)

• Behavioral Health (BH)

• Obstetrics (OB)

• Urgent Care (UC)

• Monday Friday

• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM occasionally extending until 6:00 PM if needed

• 80 hours every two weeks (required)

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic environment

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient assessments treatments and procedures

• Administer medications and perform clinical tasks within scope of practice

• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system

• Support clinic workflow and maintain a high standard of patient care

• Assist with coverage at other clinic locations when needed

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience

• Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred particularly in:

  • Family Practice

  • Behavioral Health

  • Internal Medicine

  • Similar outpatient settings

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Strong communication teamwork and patient care skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred

• Holiday pay is based on hours worked on the holiday including:

  • New Years Day

  • Independence Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

• Travelers must arrive prior to assignment to complete required onboarding and employee health requirements.

• Flexibility to assist at additional clinic locations may be required.
