Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise identity security architecture for a large-scale global environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IAM strategy architecture design and enterprise security frameworks along with the ability to clearly communicate complex identity solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge security architecture enterprise infrastructure and business strategy while driving identity modernization initiatives across on-premise and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across complex environments.
Define and implement IAM strategy standards and governance models aligned with enterprise security frameworks.
Design scalable architectures for authentication authorization identity governance and privileged access management.
Architect and oversee implementations of SSO MFA federation and Zero Trust identity frameworks.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture cybersecurity infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless identity integration.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to IAM engineers developers and security teams.
Evaluate and recommend IAM platforms and technologies aligned with long-term enterprise architecture strategy.
Lead executive-level discussions architecture reviews and stakeholder presentations related to identity security initiatives.
Drive identity integration across cloud platforms SaaS applications and enterprise systems.
Ensure IAM solutions align with compliance audit and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

20 years of overall IT experience with significant expertise in Identity and Access Management architecture.
Proven experience designing enterprise IAM architectures in large and complex environments.
Deep understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Access Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Strong experience with SSO MFA federation authentication protocols and identity lifecycle management.
Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Azure AD / Entra ID and enterprise directory services.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models and identity-based security frameworks.
Experience working with IAM platforms such as SailPoint Okta Ping Identity ForgeRock or similar technologies.

Leadership & Communication Skills

Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills.
Ability to clearly articulate identity architecture strategies to leadership business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong experience leading architecture reviews strategic planning sessions and technical workshops.
Ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
