HSHS Medical Group is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to be their APP Lead for the HSHS Medical Group Southern Market. This Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work alongside the HSHS Market Executive Medical Director and Market Director of Operations to lead and represent the APPs practicing in the Central Market. The HSHS Medical Group Southern Market includes OFallon Highland Breese Greenville Maryville Troy and Edwardsville.
The ideal candidate is an experienced advanced practice provider both clinically and also has experience in clinical leadership mentorship and/or program development. This leader will hold direct responsibility and co-chair the HSHS Physician Enterprise APP Council. This leader will also have responsibility for quality and process improvement mentorship of APPs in the Southern Market to drive clinical excellence and professional growth and APP recruitment. Additionally this leader will have involvement in strategic initiatives for the HSHS Physician Enterprise.
This APP Lead will work in their leadership role for 40% of their full-time role and will remain in clinical practice for the other 60% of their full-time role.

Base salary with quality bonus potential
Salary Range: $54.45/hour - $89.25/hour
*A successful candidates placement within the range will be based on several factors including but not limited to years of experience and specialty area of clinical practice.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing (for APRNs) or Physician Assistant Studies (for PAs) from an accredited program is required.
5 years clinical experience is required.
Two years experience in clinical leadership mentoring quality improvement or program development is preferred.
Licensed in the state of practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required.
National Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Education Qualifications

Experience Qualifications
- 5 years clinical experience is required.
