Job Summary

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in TLM and asset management industry

Experience in implementing on-prem or SaaS (preferred) version of TLM

Understanding of Accounting and Custody Securities Position Trade and Cash Reconciliation workflows

Experience in working with business and client teams to configure and deploy reconciliation solutions

Experience in implementing AI solutions to reduce breaks will be preferred

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead assessment to understand current state define target state and roadmap for implementation on TLM

To build and lead TLM implementation team

To support TLM projects across multiple clients

Generic Managerial Skills If any

Candidate should have strong Hands-on experience in Smartstream TLM and asset management industry
