Senior AI Engineer
Location: Charlotte (Must be based in Charlotte)
Work Model: 4 days onsite per week 1 day remote
Role Summary

Charter Communications is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead IVR and Conversational AI initiatives designing scalable LLM and NLP solutions for high-volume customer interactions.

This role will drive architecture best practices and innovation across voice AI systems.

Key Requirement

Fluent Spanish speaker (mandatory)

Experience Required

5 years of experience in AI / ML
Must have Pre-LLM era experience

Responsibilities

Lead IVR and Conversational AI initiatives
Design scalable LLM and NLP solutions
Support high-volume customer interaction systems
Drive architecture and best practices for voice AI platforms
Contribute to innovation across conversational and voice AI systems
