Job Summary

Required Candidate Location: Hybrid/Midtown NYC 3 days a week NO RELOCATION

Job Description:

Lead a team delivering AI related software projects while staying 50% hands on with architecture planning and Python development. This role combines technical leadership with project and people management. GenAI experience is a bonus not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Design and build backend services APIs and automation tools using Python on Azure (App Service Storage Azure SQL Azure AI Foundry).
Lead technical planning solution design and code quality practices (reviews testing CI/CD with Azure DevOps).
Manage multiple AI aligned software projects ensuring timelines scope and quality.
Mentor developers and guide technical decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and run Agile/Scrum processes.
Track delivery using Azure Board.

Requirements

Strong hands on Python engineering background.
Solid experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud native development.
Proven ability to lead developers and deliver complex projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Nice to Have

Exposure to GenAI tools (Azure OpenAI LLM integrations).
Azure or Agile certifications.
