Job Summary:

The Elections Senior Programmer Analyst will lead the technical integration of county systems into the statewide Voter Registration System. This role involves executing and validating complex data migrations troubleshooting and enhancing in-house applications and ensuring data integrity during system transitions. The analyst will also provide technical support during the election cycle and coordinate with external software vendors.

Location:North Las Vegas Nevada United States

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical integration of county systems into the statewide Voter Registration System.
- Execute and validate complex data migrations between systems.
- Troubleshoot and enhance in-house built applications.
- Perform schema mapping data validation and reconciliation.
- Provide technical support during the election cycle.
- Coordinate with external software vendors via Azure DevOps.
- Create technical project status reports.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- 5 years experience with MS SQL.
- 5 years experience with C#.
- 5 years experience with .
- 5 years experience Core.
- 5 years experience with Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Oracle.

- 10 years of experience supporting election technology.
- Deep proficiency in voter registration and tabulation systems.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
