Job Summary

Job Title: IT Project Manager (Health Domain PMP certified 15 Yrs Exp)

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Experience managing large-scale IT or software implementation projects across enterprise environments
Develop maintain and manage comprehensive project plans including scope schedule milestones and deliverables
Identify document track and manage project risks issues and contingency plans
Lead full project lifecycle management including planning execution monitoring and project closure
Oversee development of SDLC artifacts and ensure business requirements are translated into technical specifications
Facilitate and guide teams through SDLC processes including requirements design development testing and deployment
Lead and manage multi-million dollar IT and software development projects
Manage Agile projects including feature-driven sprints and development tracking
Monitor project timelines deliverables and team progress to ensure alignment with project objectives
Research gather assemble correlate and analyze data to support decision making and problem solving
Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions for project challenges
Prepare concise reports documentation and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Provide weekly project status updates and executive reporting
Escalate issues appropriately and proactively manage project challenges
Lead and facilitate regular project team meetings reviews and planning sessions
Work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced project environment
Demonstrate strong analytical leadership communication and presentation skills
Independently perform complex project management tasks with minimal supervision
Apply creativity and strategic thinking to drive project success
Enterprise IT project management experience
Experience managing Agile methodology and feature-driven sprint delivery
Strong experience managing software development and SDLC-driven projects
Demonstrated leadership experience delivering large enterprise IT initiatives
Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience implementing Agile methodologies within State of Texas agencies
Prior experience in Healthcare or Public Health environments
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required (must be listed on resume; proof may be requested)
Scrum Master certification or other project management certifications are a plus
