Job Title: Power BI/Tableau Developer (ETL informatica Snowflake health Domain preferred) 14 years exp

Location: Austin TX - Hybrid - Local candidates Only

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau and/or Power BI aligned with business requirements
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user-friendly visualizations and reports
Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to validate reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
Participate in report and dashboard testing to ensure functionality performance and data integrity
Publish promote and maintain BI reports and dashboards within the enterprise reporting platform
Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and related technologies
Create reports and conduct data analysis using tools such as Tableau Power BI SQL Cognos Business Objects QlikView or similar BI platforms
Work with very large-scale datasets in Oracle SQL Server MySQL Snowflake or comparable database environments
Integrate and transform data using Informatica ETL tools (strongly preferred)
Optimize queries and reporting performance for enterprise-scale analytics solutions
Support ongoing enhancements modifications and platform improvements for SHARP
Ensure reporting solutions comply with data governance security and quality standards
Provide documentation for dashboards data sources and reporting logic
Work in a hybrid onsite environment (3 days per week onsite subject to change)

Required Experience:
Experience creating reports or performing data analysis using Tableau Power BI SQL Cognos Business Objects QlikView or similar BI tools

Preferred Experience:
Working with large-scale datasets in Oracle SQL Server MySQL Snowflake or similar databases
Experience with Informatica ETL tools
Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Tableau
Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI
