Job Title: Project Manager (PMP certified Health Domain)

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid - Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Manage the full project lifecycle including planning budgeting scheduling execution monitoring and documentation
Lead an enterprise-scale data management and reporting enhancement project for the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP)
Oversee vendor software development teams and coordinate closely with internal software development teams
Collaborate with program stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure engagement throughout project execution
Manage and control project scope schedule risks issues and budget
Apply Agile methodologies to manage delivery while ensuring alignment with government compliance requirements
Independently perform complex project management tasks requiring high levels of creativity leadership and judgment
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and related documentation
Ensure project deliverables align with business and technical objectives
Manage enterprise-level data management initiatives
Utilize project management tools such as Jira Micro Focus Project Management or similar systems
Create and manage deliverables aligned with the Texas Project Delivery Framework (strongly preferred)
Provide governance reporting and executive-level status updates
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Project Management
Managing enterprise-scale data management projects
Managing Agile projects within state or federal government agencies or similar environments
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (must be listed on resume; proof may be requested)

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or other Agile-related certifications
Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables
Experience using Jira Micro Focus Project Management or comparable tools
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
