Job Summary
Job Title: Tester/QA (Automation Selenium Java SQL) 10 years of exp
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience serving as a Lead Tester responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies including:
- Developing detailed Test Scenarios and Test Cases covering business entities objects and their relationships.
- Creating and maintaining a Traceability Matrix to map business rules and use cases to corresponding test scenarios.
- Preparing Functional Test Plans outlining the scope objectives approach roles responsibilities and validation methods for each business function.
- Developing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans including defining entry and exit criteria and collaborating with business users in validation and decision-making for specific business scenarios.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java in J2EE-based environments.
- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript with development and testing experience using Eclipse IDE.
- Experience writing and executing SQL queries to validate backend data processing and generating test data to support various test scenarios.
- Experience using version control and build tools such as GitHub and Maven along with Jenkins for build automation; familiarity with CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Experience testing web services within a SOA environment including functional and performance testing using tools such as JMeter SoapUI and Postman.
