Job Role:Permanent Full-Time (80 hours biweekly)

Shift: Variable (includes on-call weekends holidays)

Position Overview:

A leading healthcare organization in Dover Delaware is seeking an experienced Professional Cardiovascular & Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join its specialized Cardiovascular EP and Interventional Neurology team.

This position requires strong clinical judgment advanced procedural skills and the ability to function independently in a fast-paced lab environment. The RN will assist physicians with complex cardiovascular and neurovascular procedures while ensuring safe high-quality patient care throughout the peri-procedural experience.

Required Qualifications:

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN required within 36 months if not already obtained)
OR
Diploma from an accredited nursing program

Licensure & Certifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Experience

Required: ICU CVICU IMC or Cath Lab experience
Strongly Preferred: RN experience in a Cardiovascular and/or EP Lab
