Collaborate with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) teams to verify and validate Bills of Materials

Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source and procure test racks test fixtures harnessing components and PCBA boards to support engineering and testing operations

Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical testing equipment

Logistics Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

Proactively communicate delivery timelines and estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to internal requestors

Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution when parts arrive at the facility Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries

Inventory & Project Support

Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility on procurement pipeline

Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed
