Job Description:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project-program.
- Oversees all aspects of projects-program.
- Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project-program.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project-program.
- May require a bachelors degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unitdepartment.
- Collaborate with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) teams to verify and validate Bills of Materials
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and procure test racks test fixtures harnessing components and PCBA boards to support engineering and testing operations
- Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical testing equipment
- Logistics Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
- Proactively communicate delivery timelines and estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to internal requestors
- Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution when parts arrive at the facility Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries
- Inventory & Project Support
- Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility on procurement pipeline
- Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed
