About the Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will design and build cutting-edge AI-powered products that transform healthcare billing and data automation. Youll work across the stack owning both frontend experiences and backend systems while contributing to architectural direction and long-term platform scalability.

You will:

• Build modern web applications using TypeScript React GraphQL and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services using Node
• Develop and deploy user-facing AI-driven features
• Architect systems that support enterprise healthcare customers
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through rollout
• Improve observability performance and developer workflows
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong code review culture

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable crafting intuitive user interfaces and designing robust production-grade backend systems.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

Code Fluency

• Write flexible reusable efficient code adaptable to evolving requirements
• Provide high-quality constructive code reviews
• Introduce thoughtful technical solutions to business challenges
• Own delivery end-to-end: planning design development testing rollout and maintenance
• Improve developer efficiency through simplification of infrastructure and code
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery

Software Design

• Design systems that meet performance scalability and maintainability goals
• Provide rigorous design feedback that surfaces assumptions and risks
• Debug complex cross-module issues with deep system awareness

Architecture Design

• Build multi-component systems that interact cleanly across API boundaries
• Roll out major features with monitoring observability and failure-domain awareness
• Design for scalability while avoiding future operational toil
• Define clear success metrics and ensure systems consistently meet them
• Balance fail fast experimentation with long-term architectural soundness

Business Acumen

• Engage in active listening to guide priorities and execution
• Understand company strategy and collaborate effectively across teams
• Help engineers align technical decisions with business objectives

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of industry experience building large-scale systems
• Proven experience designing and deploying full-stack applications in production using:
  • TypeScript
  • Node
  • React &
  • GraphQL
  • PostgreSQL
• Experience building SaaS products in healthcare
• Experience developing and deploying user-facing AI products
• Strong DevOps and cloud experience (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL data modeling and performance optimization
• Experience implementing robust automated testing frameworks
• Experience building observability frameworks (logging metrics integrations with tools such as Datadog)
• Ability to lead architectural decisions for scalability and extensibility
• Strong ownership mindset with autonomous learning capability
• Exceptional problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
