Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: New York NY (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing implementing securing and maintaining enterprise and operational technology (OT) network infrastructure in a high-availability environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with complex network architectures network security controls and troubleshooting mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including switches routers and firewalls.
- Implement and manage Authentication Authorization and Accounting (AAA) frameworks including TACACS.
- Perform network segmentation and isolation to enhance security posture and compliance.
- Configure and support routing protocols including Static Routing BGP and OSPF.
- Deploy and manage network taps for monitoring and traffic analysis.
- Utilize network security and monitoring tools for proactive threat detection and response.
- Perform deep packet inspection and PCAP analysis for troubleshooting and forensic investigations.
- Design and configure Cisco Juniper and Palo Alto network devices.
- Ensure high availability redundancy and optimal performance across the network environment.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to implement security best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in AAA and TACACS implementations.
- Proven experience in network segmentation and secure network design.
- Advanced knowledge of switching and routing protocols (Static BGP OSPF).
- Experience configuring and designing Cisco Juniper and Palo Alto network devices.
- Hands-on experience with network taps and PCAP analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with network automation tools and frameworks.
- Network IDS experience particularly within OT environments.
- Experience with Cisco Secure Network Analytics (StealthWatch).
- Certifications such as CCNA CCNP or CCIE.
- Experience with Cisco ISE.
- Scripting skills (Python or other scripting languages).
