Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our Huntsville AL facility. The person in this position will Process expense reports Support the Work Order flow process and support our technicians in the field. They participate in and contribute to our culture of Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all company safety policies without exception
- Processing approximately 10 expense reports weekly for Technicians
- Daily review/validate technician daily time sheets
- Daily/weekly monitor technician logging activities
- Daily/weekly monitor technician charging activities
- Run and use system reports as needed for work order accuracy
- Monitor work order flow process
- Verify work order entries against timecard entries
- Monthly compete 4 to 5 state Pressure Vessel Inspections
- Communicate well with internal and external customers
- Communicate regularly with Technicians Superintendents Salespersons and other internal groups as necessary
- Prepare correspondence installation booklets and other pertinent technical documents
- Managing office supply inventory
- Data entry using JDE and Field Centrix databases
- Knows and practices defensive driving techniques
