Job Title: SAP S4 Hana Finance Consultant (Data Conversion Lead & Syniti)

Location: Lisle IL (requires person to be onsite 4 days in week (Mon-Thurs)

Experience Level: Senior (8 years of experience)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 Hana Finance Consultant with extensive experience in data conversion from legacy or non-SAP platforms to SAP S4 Hana.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processes data migration strategies and tools with expertise in SAP Syniti being a significant advantage.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and integration supporting the implementation of SAP S4 Hana Financesolutions and driving business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data conversion projects from legacy or non-SAP platforms to SAP S4 Hana Finance.
• Analyze map and transform financial data to align with SAP S4 Hana structures
• and requirements.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies ensuring data accuracyintegrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes anddata requirements.
• Utilize SAP Syniti tools for data migration and management ensuring efficientand effective data conversion.
• Perform data validation reconciliation and testing to ensure successful migrationoutcomes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP S4 Hana Finance modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable AssetAccounting and Controlling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues ensuring minimal disruption tobusiness operations.
• Document data conversion processes methodologies and best practices forfuture reference.
• Support post-migration activities including system stabilization and user training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP S4 Hana Finance implementation anddata conversion projects.
• Proven expertise in migrating data from legacy or non-SAP platforms to SAP S4Hana.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Syniti tools for data migration is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SAP S4 Hana Finance modules and their integrationwith other SAP components.
• Proficiency in data mapping transformation and validation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data migration issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in SAP S4 Hana Finance or SAP Syniti is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial process optimization and business transformationinitiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
