What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients and visitors by following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures and/or access requirements at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas entrances parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor alarms cameras and other systems as assigned and communicate unusual activity through established reporting and escalation channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing assistance with emergency response activities as directed by site leadership and/or local responders.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs incident reports and pass-down communication and support badge key and visitor management processes as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
