Role overview
The Technical Product Manager TPM is a key member of the Global eCommerce Technology team responsible for shaping delivering and evolving highquality D2C solution experiences across global marketsThis role focuses on execution alignment and delivery management ensuring that agreed solutions are implemented on time meet technical and UX standards are functional and align with global requirements
Working within the Global Technology organization the TPM acts as a key point of coordination between business product owners engineering teams designers QA and external vendors This role requires a solid understanding of frontend technologies UX best practices and fullstack concepts
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination Execution
- Coordinate daytoday delivery of global eCommerce initiatives across internal engineering teams and thirdparty vendors
- Track progress dependencies and risks to ensure milestones and release timelines are met
- Recognizes and manages risk with clear communication to stakeholders
- Identify delivery issues early and work with stakeholders to resolve blockers
Requirements Technical Translation
- Support validation of business requirements and translate them into clear actionable technical deliverables
- Break down requirements into epics user stories and tasks as required
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by internal teams and external partners
- Define success metrics for testing and feature acceptance
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
Frontend UX Awareness
- Work closely with UX and design teams to ensure implementations follow established design standards and UX best practices
- Review delivered functionality to confirm alignment with usability performance and responsiveness expectations
- Act as a point of reference for frontend and experiencerelated questions during delivery
ThirdParty Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with thirdparty development and platform partners
- Coordinate scope timelines deliverables and dependencies with external vendors
- Ensure vendor work aligns with internal technical standards and quality expectations
Quality QA UAT Support
- Define acceptance criteria and support QA teams during testing phases
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing UAT with business stakeholders
- Validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements before release
CrossFunctional Communication
- Maintain clear communication with business product owners engineering design QA and operations teams as needed
- Provide concise delivery status updates risks and next steps
- Support documentation and handover to operations or support teams
Key Deliverables
- Jira epics user stories and acceptance criteria
- Delivery plans timelines and status updates
- QA and UAT coordination materials
- Functional and technical documentation
- Vendor deliverables tracking and signoff
Required Qualifications Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Technical Product Management
- Experience working on eCommerce platforms and Shopify in a global or multimarket context
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies UX principles and design best practices
- Exposure to fullstack delivery including APIs integrations and backend systems
- Experience coordinating work with thirdparty vendors or system integrators
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify is preferred
- Experience using Jira Confluence Monday and similar tools
- Strong organizational communication and coordination skills
- Bachelors degree in Technology Business related field or equivalent experience
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Comfortable coordinating across teams without direct authority
- Technically curious with a good understanding of endtoend systems
- Confident working with external partners
