Job Description:
Seeking a technical lead (hands-on) with 12 years of experience in Java Spring Boot Microservices AWS and AI skills to design develop and maintain scalable cloud native backend services and APIs
Job Description
- Design and develop robust backend services using Java with a focus on performance scalability and security.
- Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
- Implement microservices architecture to support modular and maintainable applications.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including DevOps and frontend developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security compliance.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of cloud native applications leveraging Java AWS and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Ensuring high availability and scalability Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues effectively.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CICD pipelines and automate deployment.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Engage with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Ensure security standards and compliance are met in all development activities.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI/Gen AI based use cases using the leading AI models/services (e.g. Claude gpt GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot etc.).
