Job Summary

Do you love making people happyAt DLM we pride ourselves on the friendliest checkouts with fast efficient service to create a wonderful shopping experience for our guests. These very important positions are our last chance to interact with our customers so its an opportunity to make them feel welcomed and satisfied that they chose to shop at Dorothy Lane Market. These positions do require standing for long periods of time braving the elements while helping customers to their car with purchases and lifting up to 40 lbs. Due to the nature of our busy times some weekend availability is a must in this position.

Qualifications:

A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and Hard-Working
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time.
Lifting up to 40lbs.
Must have holiday and weekend availability.
