You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Torrance CA location with an On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes contributing to the overall success of Honeywells Integrated Supply Chain operations.

Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers including aircraft manufacturers and operators and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems mechanical components and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.

  • Perform advanced welding techniques on various materials to produce high-quality components.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify the integrity of welds and components.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least four (4) years of experience in welding particularly in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques including TIG MIG and Stick welding.
  • Strong understanding of welding safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Experience with welding equipment and tools including welders grinders and cutting tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

PAY EQUITY

The annual base salary range for this position is $53000 ($25.48/Hr.) MIN - $79400 ($38.17/ Hr.) MAX. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations
