Job Summary

West Monroe is searching for a Salesforce expert to join our team as a Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience this roleyoullcollaborate with clients toestablishthe project vision analyze business requirements design Salesforce solutions manageprojectsand lead Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong Salesforce Financial Services Cloud product knowledge skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements.
- Lead business process review sessions toidentifyuser stories/requirements
- Lead Salesforce solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements
- Identifydesign and implement Banking related AI use casesleveragingFinancial Services Cloud capabilities
- Responsible for the build activities via the configuration on the Salesforce Platform
- Facilitate unitsystemand end-user testing
- Support end-user training and documentation
- Manage project status timelines risks for overall project or individual workstream
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experiencerequired
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting preferred
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform with specificexpertisein Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including:
- FSC data model ( Household Financial Accounts Relationships)
- FSC-specific features ( Plans Lightning Flows Financial Goals Compliance features)
- Experience in theBankingindustry with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Experience leading discovery workshops including the facilitation of large audiences solution presentations and prototype demonstrations.
- Excellent organizational verbal presentation/facilitation and written communication skills.
- One or more relevantSalesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
- Ability to travel to client sites 30-50%.
- Hybrid role 1 to 2 days in the office per week.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation.
Based on pay transparency guidelines the salaryrange for this role canvary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (seetable below). Information on our competitive total rewards packageincluding our bonus structure and benefits ishere. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geographyexperience skills education and internal equity.
