Job Summary

What success looks like in this role:

  • Answers moderate-advance end user queries following guidelines and using judgment based on experience with related incidents and service requests.
  • Requests handled include support of hardware software client and COTS applications as well as network and user administration.
  • Escalates complex problems to other resolver teams or vendors.
  • Utilizes problem solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve challenging incidents.
  • Supports L1-1.5 agents in ongoing day to day questions related to client incidents requests and queries.
  • Brings fresh and new ideas to the environment improving both operations and the client experience.
  • Can work shifts in hybrid environments 24x7x365.
  • Ability to work in a fixed term contract role for 13th Months.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Applicants with customer service experience preferred.

  • 3 years experience in area of responsibility

  • Education training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology is desirable.
