The Role:

Avatria is looking for a Commerce and Content Back End Technical Consultant to join our Services team. As a Technical Consultant you will play a critical role in the technical design development and delivery of highly customized Commerce and Content systems for our customers. You are an ideal candidate if you are passionate about software development technology problem solving and enjoy working in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Experience working with relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) and/or search engine data solutions (e.g. Solr Elastic Algolia)

Experience with deploying and monitoring applications including using GitHub Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Experience in the Digital Commerce domain including searching filtering shopping cart checkout and payment flows and order pipelines

Experience in the Content Management domain including CMS Templating/Componentization and Page Builder technologies

Experience with Commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Adobe Commerce Shopify commercetools and BigCommerce

Experience with Content Management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager Contentful and

Must have

Professional experience building and integrating enterprise systems

Proficient with multiple programming languages such as Java PHP and

Strong understanding of web technologies and integrations such as building APIs in REST/GraphQL and handling authentication & authorization

Undergraduate education or comparable knowledge and experience with Computer Science

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
