Warehouse Coordinator IV New Century

The Responsibilities Include:

• Ordering picking filling and preparation of customer orders following GMP guidelines. Coordination with the supply chain Innovations and sales personnel in sending samples to customers and other IFF locations.

• Ensuring that all required shipping documents are properly prepared according to the customers request along with various other administrative duties.

• Daily communication with department Warehouse Lead pertaining to receiving and shipping orders.

• Performs material handling functions on a daily basis for both domestic and international orders.

• Assists with performing cycle counts.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in the daily closing of the warehouse.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any and all task as established by management when needed.

• Complies with federal state and local warehousing material handling and shipping requirements as established by management.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Understand and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) for the care handling and storage of food products.

• Ability to lift 55 pounds in a safe manner.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED2 years of experience /education in a manufacturing laboratory military or a related role.

• Material handling forklift experience.

Additional Skills Abilities and Other Requirements:

This position quality driven and requires a person who can think and act with minimal supervision. The person needs to be organized and detail oriented. A person who can identify problems while adhering to all policies surrounding the general and daily work flow. They must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and work as a team with fellow employees and members of the management.
