About the area
This position is based within the Rare Disease Genetics and Functional Genomics Group and Preventive Genetics Group at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research and is part of the UWA Centre for Medical Research.
The groups investigate the genetic causes of muscle diseases. The Laboratorys research focuses on disease gene discovery development of therapies improved molecular diagnostics and prevention of genetic disorders through preconception and newborn screening.
