Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can develop high-performing advertising creatives for paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building data-driven ad concepts managing UGC and influencer content and continuously iterating creatives to improve campaign primary objective of this role is to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through strong creative strategy and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
• Develop high-converting ad concepts hooks scripts and storytelling formats for Meta and Google Ads
• Create engaging video-first ad creatives optimized for social media platforms
• Build scalable creative frameworks that can be used across multiple campaigns
Performance Analysis
• Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR (Click Through Rate) CVR (Conversion Rate) watch time and thumb-stop ratio
• Identify winning creative patterns and diagnose underperforming ads
• Use insights to continuously refine creative strategy
UGC & Influencer Content Management
• Develop scripts storyboards and briefs for UGC creators and influencers
• Coordinate with creators to produce authentic and high-converting video content
• Manage creative assets and ensure alignment with brand voice
Ad Iteration & Testing
• Refresh and remix top-performing ads to prevent creative fatigue
• Conduct systematic A/B testing of hooks formats messaging and visuals
• Continuously optimize creatives based on campaign performance
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with media buyers designers and founders to align creative strategy with paid media goals
• Provide creative inputs to help scale successful campaigns
Trend & Competitor Research
• Monitor competitor ads social media trends and consumer behavior
• Identify emerging formats and trends to inspire new ad concepts
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in performance marketing creative strategy or content production
• Experience working with D2C brands is preferred
• Experience managing Instagram or YouTube channels is a strong advantage
Key Skills
• Strong copywriting and scriptwriting abilities
• Expertise in visual storytelling and video-first advertising
• Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into creative strategies
• Good understanding of paid social media growth and performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics and Appsflyer (or similar analytics tools)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• CTR (Click Through Rate): Improve ad engagement
• CVR (Conversion Rate): Increase conversions from traffic
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Scale profitable campaigns
• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): Reduce acquisition costs
