Roles and Responsibilities:
You will actively contribute to the main financial planning analysis and reporting cycles of key business KPIs (income statement balance sheet and operational metrics) with a strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning. You will be part of multiple initiatives to help you grow your personal and professional knowledge such as technical training/knowledge sharing sessions and roundtables with senior leaders from the business.
According to the core scope of your role you will work cross-functionally with finance commercial operations supply chain and engineering to ensure standard frameworks are in place and to drive accountability. We currently offer internship experiences in the below functional areas:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Statutory & Tax
- Project/Operational Finance
- Controllership
- Global Supply Chain and Sourcing Finance

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Eligibility: Italian work permit is required
- Candidate Profile: ready to graduate or very recent graduate from an MSc or Masters degree
- Education: Major in Accounting or Finance is considered a plus
- Experience: Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly valued
- International experience: participation to exchange programs will be considered a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other financial tools
- Work Flexibility: Primarily office-based
EMPLOYMENT DATES:
- Internship duration: minimum 6 months potential extension up to 12 months (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
- Full time work preferred: 40 hours/week with some flexibility related to study/exam commitments
