Kentro is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to support our Corporate People Services Department. This Learning & Development Coordinator opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch a career in HR within a collaborative People Services team. Were seeking someone who is friendly dependable highly organized and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
In this role youll play a key part in supporting learning initiatives and creating positive seamless experiences for employees. Responsibilities:
LMS Administration (Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Manage the day-to-day administration of theLMS (CornerstoneOnDemand) including user enrollment course assignmentsandcurriculum management
- Monitor completion rates generate reports and follow up with employees pending training completion
- Troubleshoot learner-facing LMS issues and serve as the first point of contact for platform support
- Support the rollout of new LMS features andassistwith system upgrades or migrations as needed
Coordination
- Prepare and manage all facilitationlogisticsincluding calendar invitations pre-work materials attendance tracking and post-session surveys
- Gather learner feedback and partner with senior L&D staff to continuously improve program quality
- Support the development of facilitator guides job aids and supporting materials using MS365tools(PowerPoint Exceland Word)
- Support the development and execution of training communications plans including drafting invitation emails reminder cadences manager notifications and post-training follow-ups in alignment with the comms teams standards and channels
Content Developmentand Publishing
- Supportcontent development which includessupport inbuilding slidescreatingand building e-learns using e-learn authoring tools (Articulate360)
- Publish content on the LMS
Learning and Development Support
- Monitor the Learning and Development ticket portal andserve as the first point of contact for L&D-related requestssubmittedthrough the ticketing portal
- Maintain up-to-date ticket statuses and ensure requests are acknowledged and resolved within defined SLAs

RequirementsExperience & Education
- At least one year of related work experience
- Bachelors degree inHumanResources Business Administration or a related field preferredor equivalent years of relevant experience.
