Job Summary

Counter Rental Agent

$16.50 / hour plus Unlimited Commission potential

What Youll Do:

You will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes:

Processing contracts

Listening to and identifying customer needs

Effectively adding our offerings and services to enhance their travel experience while providing excellent customer service.

Be a vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology

Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

Plan fleet usage throughout shift to maximize customer satisfaction and counter sales

We will supply you with the necessary training to reach your full potential. This training will empower you to meet sales goals and maximize earning potential. Additionally you will be able to take advantage of our educational opportunities to develop skills that will prepare you for career advancement.

Bi-montly hourly wage plus an extremely profitable commission / incentive / bonus plan (Unlimited earnings potential as much as 1.5 times your annual base salary!)

What Were Looking For:

Effective verbal communication skills

Valid Drivers License

Basic computer skills (typing data entry)

Professional engaging personality

Flexibility to work all shifts including days nights weekends and holidays.

Must be able to sit stand and type for prolonged periods

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

This position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
