Part-Time Caregiver Needed (1-2 Days/Week Including One Weekend Day)
We are looking for a compassionate reliable caregiver to join our familys support team. This is a part-time position 1-2 days per week and must include one weekend day.
About the Role
You will be assisting a sweet 90pound teenager who uses a wheelchair and needs help with daily living activities. Were looking for someone who brings patience kindness and a caring spirit to their work. *Note that this position is not for Trinity Life at Home but will be for a private family.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all activities of daily living including:
- Dressing
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Safely transfera 90pound teenager from wheelchair to bed
- Drive to physical therapy (Transportation provided)
- Provide companionship and supportive care
- Maintain a safe clean environment
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Caring compassionate personality
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care
- Ability to safely perform physical transfers
- Credentials including CPR/First-Aid TB Screen Drivers License MVR
