Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Take orders either by phone or pre-order
- Deliver food to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Patrol guest floors public walkways and time share public space for dirty trays
- Restock room service supplies
- Keep room service prep area neat and organized
- Assist restaurant with bussing and hosting when room service is slow
- Organize and deliver room amenities
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
- Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
