Nielsen Chevrolet is seeking experienced and highly skilled SERVICE TECHNICIANS at both A-B levels including those who are EV certified to join our team in Dover this role you will be responsible for diagnosing servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work with the latest automotive technology and advance your career within a reputable dealership.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on A-B level vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Service and maintain electric vehicles (EV) with adherence to all safety and technical standards.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure efficient repair and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of services and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and manufacturer updates.
Requirements
- Valid certification as an A-B Level Service Technician.
- EV certification and thorough knowledge of electric vehicle systems.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
