The Division III Administrative Fire Captain recruitment is an Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) internal recruitment. Only applications from current non-probationary OCFA Fire Captains will be considered.

WORK SCHEDULE:
The Division Administrative Captain positions are eligible for either a 9/80 or 4/10 work schedule at the discretion of the Division Chief.

ADDITIONAL PAY:
Per the OCPFAIAFF-Local3631SideLetterAgreement-EligibilityforSAP-SIP Division Administrative Fire Captains are eligible for 7.5% Staff Assignment Pay (SAP) and/or 10% Staff Incentive Pay (SIP).Please refer to the IAFF - Local 3631 MOU page 105 for additional information.
VEHICLE USE:
The Division Administrative Captain has the use of an authority vehicle and work directly with the respective Division Chief.
