Your role
- Provide personcentred support in daily living community inclusion and developing independent living skills.
- Promote dignity choice and active participation in line with national guidance.
- Support service users with personal care communication needs and emotional wellbeing.
- Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
- Build positive professional relationships with service users families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Support safeguarding practices risk reporting and ongoing quality improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a respectful teamfocused environment.
What youll need
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORUapproved discipline.
- CORU Registration (or evidence of application) mandatory as per Social Care Workers Registration Board.
- Pathways accepted include:
- Recognised qualification route or
- Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
- Full clean driving licence with minimum two years driving experience.
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
