Assistant Management Accountant Gross Margin

About the role
As an Assistant Management Accountant you will support the gross margin accounting and internal reporting processes that power strategic decisions for some of our most critical willsupport month-end reporting variance analysis andprovidevaluable insights to help shape decision-making and drive future strategies. Your ability to take ownership of processes combined with your passion for financial accuracy will play a critical role in ensuringSharkNinjascontinued growth.
- Month-End Support:Assist in the preparation of management accounts ensuring accuracy and timelinesswith exposure toreview and explanation of key movements.
- Variance Analysis:Assistin analysingfinancial dataidentifytrends and provide insight on any significant variances to budget or forecast.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation:Assistwith the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process Improvement:Helpidentifyareas for process improvement within accounting systems and reporting processes.
- Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:Provide financial analysis and support for key business projects strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience
- Education:Looking to start or recently started a financial qualification such as ACCAorCIMA.
- Experience:Preferablypreviousexperience in a management accounting rolewith someexposure to month-end processes variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Excel Proficiency:Intermediate Excel skills with a desire to develop more advanced analyticalcapability.
- Communication:Goodcommunicationskills both written and verbal with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Organised:You can juggle multiple tasks prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
