AmLaw 150 firm seeking a Finance & Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Finance team in Dallas.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 46 yrs exp in commercial finance transactions within a law firm setting. The role offers exposure to sophisticated lending matters and high-value transactional work within a nationally recognized finance platform.
The Role
Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions
Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related loan documentation
Advise clients on secured lending and other complex finance structures
Support multi-party and high-value financing transactions
Collaborate with partners and clients on strategic transaction execution
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
46 yrs exp in commercial finance transactions at a law firm
Experience drafting and negotiating complex loan and credit documentation
Strong analytical drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions
Strong academic credentials
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
