A well-regarded national law firm is looking to add a mid-level Finance Associate to its Dallas office.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with experience in lender-side finance or broader transactional work who wants to work on sophisticated deals in a more balanced team-oriented environment.
What Youll Work On
- Representing lenders and financial institutions in complex financing transactions
- Private credit and syndicated lending matters
- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related documents
- Working closely with partners and clients on active deal flow
Who This Could Be a Fit For
- 36 years of finance / transactional experience
- Background in lender-side work preferred (but not required)
- Experience with credit agreements loan docs or deal structuring
- Looking for strong deal exposure with a more sustainable environment
