This position reports to:

Sales Manager

Your Challenge

Within ABBs Electrification Business you will work in the Industry market segment. This is a space full of opportunity. The energy transition sustainability and smart industry (Industry 4.0) are creating a fastmoving market and one where you can truly make a difference.

As an Account Manager Industry you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with industrial installers end users and machine builders.

  • Advise customers on total solutions in industrial switchgear energy management and automation components.

  • Actively identify new customer groups and market potential.

  • Prepare proposals and ensure strong followup.

  • Bring your own commercial and marketing initiatives to further grow your region.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a growth position in a segment with clear revenue potential. You will have the freedom to spot opportunities and turn them into results.

Who Are We Looking For

You are:

  • Commercially driven and ambitious.

  • Technically curious and energetic in customer interactions.

  • Independent and proactive.

  • Resultoriented with a clear winners mentality.

  • Someone who thinks in opportunities not limitations.

Additionally:

  • You have a bachelors level of working and thinking (e.g. Electrical Engineering or similar).

  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language.

  • Experience in the industrial sector is a plus but not a requirement.

  • You hold a valid drivers license (B).

What matters most is your drive learning ability and commercial ambition.
