What is the purpose of the role

The Growth Enablement Executive plays a key supporting role in driving revenue growth by contributing to the development of high-quality winning sales proposals that support global business development. This role supports the Growth team and wider sales and client teams worldwide by assisting in proposal development from opportunity identification through to submission and by learning and applying best practice in commercial storytelling narrative structure and value articulation.

You will be an active contributor to commercial enablement activity across high-stakes proposals working at the intersection of sales marketing and service delivery to help translate complex solutions into compelling client value propositions that win business.


Key Responsibilities



Proposal Development & Support
  • Support the end-to-end development of high-quality client-focused proposals for global and regional opportunities across all service lines
  • Assist in managing proposal timelines coordinating with stakeholders and supporting submission readiness to ensure on-time high-quality delivery
  • Contribute to the drafting of persuasive commercial narratives that align solutions to client needs buying drivers and decision criteria

Commercial Enablement & Content Support
  • Assist in developing and maintaining go-to-market materials including sales proposals pitch decks statements of work (SOWs) and sales enablement tools
  • Support the build and curation of a library of reusable content assets case studies credentials and value propositions
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts across the business to gather insight and help translate technical capabilities into clear benefit-led content

Client & Market Insight
  • Develop an understanding of client challenges industry contexts procurement processes and evaluation criteria
  • Support the articulation of value outcomes and benefits tailored to individual client priorities and strategic objectives
  • Build commercial awareness to assist in positioning solutions competitively

Best Practice & Continuous Improvement
  • Learn and apply best practice in proposal development commercial narrative structure and presentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in proposal quality consistency and win-rate effectiveness through feedback loops and lessons learned
  • Stay current with industry trends competitor positioning and emerging best practices in B2B proposal management

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with Sales Marketing Client Services and regional growth teams globally to support alignment and consistency
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a reliable responsive point of contact for proposal-related requests

You are an ambitious commercially curious professional with experience in proposal support sales enablement bid coordination or a related B2B professional services function. A natural communicator with a developing commercial edge you combine clear and compelling writing with an understanding of how businesses buy and make decisions and you are energised by crafting proposals that are well-written strategically positioned and visually compelling.

You are collaborative and organised building positive relationships across functions and geographies drawing on subject-matter expertise to strengthen the content you produce. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment you maintain composure and quality under tight deadlines and take pride in everything you deliver.

You bring a genuine growth mindset actively seeking feedback and committed to developing your skills within a high-performing commercially driven team. You understand that winning proposals are a team sport and are motivated by the tangible impact your work has on business success.


Essential:
  • Some experience in proposal support bid coordination sales support content creation or a related role within B2B professional services consultancy or marketing services
  • Experience in the media marketing agency ad tech or SaaS B2B marketing services sectors
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear client-focused content
  • A developing understanding of B2B sales processes procurement and client decision-making
  • Ability to manage tasks and deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines in a dynamic fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with content management or CRM systems
  • Curious to leverage AI tools to maximise productivity and effectiveness of outputs and processes
  • A collaborative proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams

Desirable:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with proposal automation tools digital asset management or sales enablement platforms

Key Measures:

Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Proposal contribution quality: Feedback from senior team members on the quality and accuracy of contributions to proposals and sales materials
  • Volume and timeliness: Reliable delivery of assigned tasks and proposal components on time and to standard
  • Content contribution: Active contribution to the development and maintenance of reusable sales enablement assets and credentials
  • Stakeholder responsiveness: Feedback from sales teams and internal collaborators on responsiveness reliability and quality of support
  • Learning and development: Demonstrated progress in developing proposal management commercial writing and enablement skills
  • Commercial impact: Supporting contribution to pipeline conversion revenue growth and client engagement success
