Davidsons is currently seeking a full-time on site Accounting Assistant to join our hardworking Accounting Department in Prescott Arizona!
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
Verify allocate and post accounts payable
Maintain daily financials records
Support month-end and year-end close process

Ideal Accounting Assistant Candidates Would Possess
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience
Degree in accounting or finance is a plus
The ability to effectively communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels of contacts
A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills including VLOOKUP Functions and pivot tables preferred
A strong attention to detail with double-checking and follow through as a standard
Ability to work overtime as needed
